Application Process
After all necessary City staff review the application for a Large Group Activity Permit and submit their approval or denial of the proposed event, the application is submitted to the office of the City Clerk. Applications for a permit must be submitted to the City Clerk at least thirty (30) days before the date of the proposed assembly. However, submitting your application well in advance is highly recommended to allow sufficient time for City staff to review it before it is submitted to the City Clerk for presentation to the City Council.
