Waterway Village Pedestrian Bridge

The new Waterway Village Pedestrian Bridge is a component of the BUILD Grant Project. As a new third southbound lane is added to Highway 59, pedestrian access will be eliminated on the W.C. Holmes Bridge making the new pedestrian bridge a necessity.

Laguna Cove NRDA Restoration Project

The City is currently planning habitat restoration work and the design of limited, passive recreational access facilities on 53 undeveloped acres of property located on the south shore of Little Lagoon near the west end of W. Beach Blvd.
