New Commercial Construction Permit

Apply for a new commercial construction building permit.

Application Process

• Fill out the Building Permit Application.
• Make sure all required materials from the New Commercial Construction Checklist are in order.
• Submit completed Building Permit Application with New Commercial Construction Checklist through the online portal.
• At the end of the review process you will be notified that your permit is ready to be issued.
• Upon issuance of the building permit, the trade permits (see 'Trade Permit' section below) will be able to be issued to the trade contractors.
