Arbor Day Celebration 2011


Each Year the Beautification Board gives away free trees to residents to promote tree planting and good environmental practices. During the week of Arbor Day many activities take place.

This year's Arbor Day Celebration will being at 8:30 AM on February 26th at the
Kids Park Pavilion (2008 West 3rd Street) in Gulf Shores.

This celebration will be for residents within
Gulf Shores city limits & the Police Jurisdiction ONLY.

Beautification Board members and City Officials travel to Prattville to plant 1000 new trees to help to replace trees lost in their community due to a tornado.
