The Airport Layout plan depicts the existing airport facilities as well as the recommended facilities required to accommodate forecast demand through the Year 2025. Major airfield improvements incorporated in the ALP are summarized as follows:

1) Construct new commuter terminal area

2) Construct parallel taxiway Runway 9/27

3) Construct new maintenance/storage hangar/general aviation terminal building expansion

4) Construct new t-hangar/storage complex

5) Expand general aviation apron

6) PAPI-2 Runway 17/35

7) Construct ARFF Building

8) Air Traffic Control Tower
