The City of Gulf Shores will host a historical exhibit on Saturday, November 18 at the Erie H. Meyer Civic Center from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. This year marks the 60th anniversary and the opportunity for the City to celebrate its rich heritage and the founding families of the area.
“This open house provides our citizens the chance to learn about the history of Gulf Shores from the people who helped create this wonderful place we call home,” stated Recreation & Cultural Affairs Director Grant Brown.
Light refreshments will be served. A limited quantity of commemorative key chains will be given to the public while supplies last.
