The City of Gulf Shores will continue its expanded role as lead organizers for the Gulf Shores Mardi Gras Parade on Tuesday, February 28 at 10 a.m. Large crowds of spectators are anticipated as the floats will make their way from Clubhouse Drive to the Gulf Shores Public Beach.
“We’re happy to carry on the long standing tradition of the Gulf Shores Mardi Gras Parade,” said Mayor Robert Craft. “This family oriented parade has become a favorite of residents, children and winter visitors,” he said.
The Mardi Gras Parade will take place on February 28 at 10 a.m. Anyone interested in entering the parade can do so by registering online at http://www.gulfshoresal.gov/mardigrasparade or by contacting Erica Bassett at 251-968-1434. The deadline to register for the parade is February 21 by 5 p.m.
